Very nice and quiet staff were helpful,

It’s very difficult for me to write this review as I really don’t like to complain, but I feel very compelled to do so. I got last minute tickets for a concert at the Fargodome and really didn’t have much options for a hotel room. I ended up paying $400 for one night for literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. I specifically chose this one because the description of it on Expedia mentioned very important keywords for my girlfriend, such as vegan, organic, and vegetarian. It specifically states a vegetarian breakfast option. There literally was nothing for breakfast, but coffee water and two different juices. It is by far the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at with very young kids running around at all hours of the night and excessive slamming of doors for many hours while trying to sleep. The bed was literally the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. There was zero typical small shampoo, body wash, and conditioner bottles. There was zero Kleenexes. If I would’ve known how truly poor the quality of this place was, I would’ve skipped the concert and not even drove to Fargo.

Left a lot to be desired for the expensive price point per night. Street parking or ramp parking only. Street and bar crowd noise until after 2am through the outdated windows. The room we had also smelled as if it were smoked in for decades and was still off-gassing. We wouldn't recommend especially for $350/night.

This was the 2nd best hotel stay I have had this year and that’s saying allot being that I travel on average 20 plus days a month for business. Don’t let the hotel name fool you, this was a Five Star hotel experience. Very nice room with extra comfy bed! Even the shower had incredible water pressure just like I like! The staff were excellent and the breakfast at checkout was top notch!
