This is a privately owned, ground floor unit, that is beautifully furnished with excellent views of the ocean and pool. This unit comes equipped with a King Size bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower, an in-room safe, and a small refrigerator - all for your pleasure and convenience. Pack and Play cribs are available on a first come, first serve basis upon request. You can relax in style and comfort - with central air-conditioning, flat screen cable TV, and hotel size coffee maker - and soak in the gorgeous pool and ocean views. This Building Three, first floor unit is situated facing the ocean, with the beach right near your back door. You can step out onto your lanai/patio to get a breath of fresh tropical ocean air, or if you prefer, take a seat and lose your worries while you gaze at the stars and listen to the ocean. This ocean front resort is stunningly gorgeous with meticulously maintained grounds. You will love the lush tropical vegetation, palm trees, and emerald green grass that surrounds four breathtaking swimming pools, a fun water slide, cascading waterfalls, a grotto, and multiple hot tubs. There are two restaurants and lounges, a coffee shop, and a gift shop - all on-site - to provide you with great gift and snack buying opportunities. The resort also features a spa, a fitness center, and a hair and nail salon. Be sure to schedule your appointments as soon as possible to ensure you get fully pampered during your stay! All of this is just STEPS away from a beautiful white sand beach, and it is just minutes from the Lihue Airport - making it centrally located between Kauai`s lush north shore and the sunny south side. Other important things to note: Check in time is 4pm; Check out time is 10am. When you arrive, please check in at the Front Desk, where you will need to provide a valid driver’s license and credit card. Kauai Beach Resort charges a daily Parking Fee of $35 + tax that is payable upon check in at the resort. This fee is set by the resort and is subject to change, without notice. After check-in, should you need assistance at anytime during your stay, please contact the property manager, Blue Jade Real Estate. We provide a starter pack of coffee, cream, sugar, toilet paper, and toiletries, but you would be responsible for replenishing these items for the duration of your stay. Because this is a privately owned unit, we are unable to offer daily maid service or refresh of linens. The front desk/resort is not able to provide these for privately booked units, as they are not directly affiliated with the private management. Please contact Blue Jade Real Estate if you would like to arrange a mid stay clean with our cleaning crew. The charge for this service is $75 + tax and includes cleaning of the bathroom, surfaces, floors, and a complete refresh of all bed and bath linens. This service is subject to availability, based on the cleaner’s schedule, so please arrange for this in advance. A late checkout/early check in are available if arranged one week prior to your arrival AND only if there are no scheduling conflicts. There is a fee of half your nightly rate + tax + VRBO fee. This allows you to check out at any time up until 10pm on the day of departure, or to check in on the morning of your arrival.
