The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother

Lovely apartment, only downfalls was the floor was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, one of the beds sheets had staines of some sort. Beds were uncomfortable and the parking opposite only allows you to book until 12 midnight, you then have to wake up at 6am to pay again as there’s no option to pay for 24hrs obviously this has nothing to do with the owners but something to be aware when booking.

Although the location was very good, the room was extremely small, the bathroom was somewhat adapted and it was impossible to sit properly on the toilet due to the smallness of the place, I was cold since the heater they had was not enough for the room which in itself was small, reasonable price.

Good location. Many restaurants, shops, and transportation nearby. 3 blocks from Kensington Park. Staff was helpful and responsive. However, hotel needs updating. 2 or 3 buildings are connected and you must walk up and down steps to get from lobby to rooms. Carpet in halls and rooms is warn and soiled.

Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home ...
