“We have been visiting Santa Fe annually for 30 (!) years and have used VRBO to find many wonderful places to stay while there. Patricia’s casita was one of those terrific places. It was very clean, neat, and lovely. The bed was comfy, and having a washer and dryer is always helpful. We were able to easily park our bikes and, certainly, enjoy the outdoor spaces provided. Patricia was very attentive to any questions or needs we might have while being very respectful of our privacy. Overall, this……

“This was a perfect place for two old friends to meet up! It was comfortable and clean. We loved having two bedrooms and two baths. It was 5-10 minutes away from all of the things we enjoyed doing in Santa Fe.We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool.”

“Excellent location and great property. Will book again next year”

“Extraordinarily clean and well-appointed unit in incredible location just a short walk to downtown. Kerry was tremendously communicative although we had no problems or issues. Secure underground parking and key coded security left us feeling totally safe. Patio does face street but it has a nice wall so still felt private while seated. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Couldn’t recommend this VRBO more highly!”

“Chris' apartment was exactly as advertised. Other than a very slight delay getting into the lockbox, everything was excellent. Chris was super accommodating with my pets and the 1st floor is almost entirely catered for hosting dogs which was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Santa Fe.”

“Wonderful casita with all amenities and a great patio for relaxing after a day on the town. Very happy with our stay and will use keep this as a future stay. Thank you!”

“Lovely spot. Very easy check in and parking. Close to everything. Fully equipped kitchen.”

“Everything about our stay was great. The host communicated well. Nice and clean linens, comfortable beds, coffee, basic snacks, and bottled water were all included. All kitchen pans and utensils seemed brand new. Reserved parking spots in a secure underground garage was awesome. Overall, it was the attention to detail that set this place apart from other rentals we’ve experienced in the past.”

“Beautiful, walkable, responded to requests during stay. Information was sometimes conflicting. The people we worked with once we arrived were AWESOME.”

“The owner was very helpful and responsive to any of our inquiries. A notebook was on site with very useful information about things to do, restaurants , and various other adventures. The property was ideal. It was as described and perfect for our needs. We loved the stay and will definitely return in the future.”

“Great location. Close to everything. Though right on a busy street, it’s quiet inside. Parking is a tad bit tricky but we enjoyed our stay.”
