Currently, it is the home for farmers, immigrants, aritsts, students, and professors from the famed Cal Arts.

This enchanting Cottage is a peaceful oasis from the business of LA. Please be advised we mean rustic. No dishwasher or garbage disposal, the heating & AC are room specific, and the space can run warmer or cooler depending on the weather. We will definetly accomdate for extreme weather.
