Está muy feo el edificio, sin seguridad alguna. El cuarto cómodo pero con PULGAS!!!! Lo único bueno es la cercanía con el Aeropuerto

As we aim to offer all our guest a comfortable and clean stay, we are sorry to hear this was not fully accomplished for you. To clarify we do offer a secured courtyard hotel with an access gate for all guests. As we are a smaller motel we do not have a dedicated 24 hr security officer but rest assured there is a desk agent and live monitored cameras at the property 24hrs a day 7 days a week. The property also abides by strict covid and pest regulations to remain safe for all guests. Thank you for staying with us. Happy Holidays

Bien, de una noche.
Todo bien, es tipo para una noche. Instalaciones no son las mejores pero la cama muy cómoda y la habitación es básica, con todo lo necesario pero básica.

Cuando me personé en el hotel me encontré con que me habían cancelado la reserva (efectuada con casi 2 meses de antelación) justo ese día. Tras comunicarle lo ocurrido y tras casi un mes, Expedia alega que hubo un problema al verificar mi tarjeta, tras el que cancelaron la reserva en apenas unas horas y sin que Expedia realizara ni previa advertencia ni posterior aviso; sin embargo, Expedia entiende que no tiene ninguna responsabilidad en este asunto. El hotel, por su parte, declinó cualquier conocimiento sobre la cancelación (¿quién se lo cree...?) y lo atribuyó todo a Expedia. El hotel no me facilitó factura por la habitación que finalmente ocupé (por la que me pagué 40USD más) y ha pasado a ignorar mis posteriores comunicaciones para obtenerla, después de haberme pedido, en diversas y cada vez más distanciadas comunicaciones, mis datos, fechas de estancia, email para enviarla. Lo único positivo es que no tuve que ir a buscarme otro hotel, y, gracias a ello, ya sé qué hotel en LA y qué web ya no volveré a usar.

This will guarantee a room for the night. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing your intention when the credit card provided for holding your room declines. Ojalá mejoraran el sistema de reserva , nunca fui avisada de que mi reserva fue cancelada y me topé con la sorpresa en el mismo hotel lo cual hizo el check in algo desagradable , por suerte la supervisora muy amable nos dio una habitación que a pesar de que no fue lo que reservamos sirvió para pasar la noche, la habitación estaba un poco sucia , con arañas , mucho ruido por los aviones en la noche, el desayuno es bueno y la relación precio calidad es bueno para una noche

Tuve que pedir cambio de habitación.La primera tenía un olor a orina en el baño que era insoportable.La recepcionista muy antipática, me preguntó que cuanto había estado en la habitación.Cuando sabía que acababa de entrar.La sala del desayuno minúscula.Muy ruidoso los aviones pasan por encima en el aterrizaje.Si quiere tranquilidad,elija otro hotel.

Realmente el precio no coincide con el servicio que prestan, lo único bueno es que está cerca del aeropuerto como para una única noche, yo quise no estar cambiando de hotel y me quedé las dos ultimas noches de mi viaje pero fue un error, las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, el personal con mucha desidia, el desayuno un desastre, los alrededores feos, entra y sale gente del hotel como si nada, hay mejores opciones por ese precio y más bajos en esa zona y muy cercanas también, me había quedado en otros súper 8 y no son así, no creo que este hotel cumpla con las políticas de Wyndham, muy mala experiencia, se supone que debería de estar cómodo en el hotel y más bien estabas tratando de estar lo mínimo posible allí.

As we are located one mile from the airport the noise is inevitable however from the beginning of Los Angeles Airport the planes stop flying over land after 11:30 pm and are diverted over the ocean to reduce the noise impact. We are working diligently to improve our soundproofing.

Solo por emergencias
Es un lugar para pasar la noche, entiendo que al estar en la zona del aeropuerto se escucha ruido, aqui parece que estas en la pista de despegues y aterrizajes. Las instalaciones en mal estado, olores en todo, las toallas espantosas tuve que secarme con ropa limpia para evitar secarme con esas. No lo recomiendo, solo para emergencias.

Alojamiento para noche previa a viajar
Estuvimos una sola noche, la ubicación es excelente para ir temprano al aeropuerto pero lo que es la habitación estaba algo vieja pero limpia, no tenía microondas y algo que es importante es la comodidad de la cama y nada que objetarle, estaba muy bien. En cuanto al entorno nos tocó una habitación con vistas a la parte de atrás, las cuales eran bastante feas y luego estaba el ruido de la carretera y la de los aviones (esto hay que entenderlo si estás cerca del aeropuerto) lo que la hacía ruidosa. No la identificamos mucho con las fotos que aparecían en la información del alojamiento pero en general cubrió nuestras necesidades.

El personal del hotel es sumamente amable, la ubicación es muy conveniente ya que nosotros solamente ocupamos una noche pues al día siguiente tomamos vuelo en el aeropuerto de Los Angeles muy temprano y el hotel se encuentra muy cerca.
