Not everything was operational in the apt. Lights/fans etc. but was an awesome place to stay.

Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking.

It was a wonderful hidden spot with a nice private beach, very nice to come back to after exploring for the day or just a relaxing day at home base. Truly enjoyed our stay!!!

Everyone was so nice and we were able to check in a couple of hours early.

After booking, I received a message that there was a mild odor due to seasonal seaweed. Upon arrival, we discovered the beach was completely gone and dug out. They had workers wheelbarrowing the seaweed into dumpsters during the day, right passed the pool and restaurant. The smell was horrendous. The message said they would shuttle us to nearby beaches. Upon arriving at coki beach we had to pay $12 per chair and felt very unwelcome. The restaurant food was disgusting. It took forever to get just a drink with hardly anyone in there. The food was gross, I gave it a second chance and ordered onion rings and they were so chewy I couldn’t eat them. The staff was not friendly at all, nobody says hi as they walk by, everyone seemed miserable. When booking here you’re basically booking a hotel with a pool, which doesn’t get cleaned. Overall, pretty bad experience, and I would not recommend booking with margaritaville and I will never again. Expedia needs to update the margaritaville pictures because it’s falsely advertising a beach that doesn’t exist. Glad we rented a car so we could freely leave the “resort”. I feel every person booking here is being cheated out of thousands of dollars showing pictures of a beach that is completely dug out and doesn’t exist. They don’t clean your room unless you call.and when you call good luck getting them to show up in a timely manner. It took 3 hours to get a garbage bag. Pretty bad experience.
