The halls and stairways are dirty, the grounds are not well kept, no remote for our TV, the lamp switches were broken so you had to screw in the light bulb to turn them on.... it goes on like that."

"I had 3 weeks of work in the area and we stayed for 8 nights in multiple rooms. The front desk remembered our names and were super helpful in taking care of us."
