“Property was not as presented. Carpets were dirty, walls were peeling, outside area dirty and covered in slippery algae and unkept. Pool was dirty and green. Stair carpets are worn and dirty. “Host offered nice amenities. First night was lovely. Fiddkehead had great food. MC proper is beautiful. It would have otherwise been a very nice trip. Beware: This is a duplex with a top and bottom unit. Our second night was sleepless, with a rowdy party all night even past 4 am. Pounding up and down the floor. “Your staying in a tiny house right behind the host house. In all honesty, its cute but you have absolutely no privacy. Per vrbo and all other rental platforms, if you have a service animal, no host can discriminate and deny you or kick you out. “Unfortunately I had a mix up with the host and was unable to get into the unit so I cannot say how the inside of the apartment was. The code assigned to me did not work to get in. The host does have designated parking in the back for each unit so that was nice.
