Room was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice if they offered late checkout to guest that use third party bookings like Expedia ect. Other than that amazing hotel and would book again & highly recommend!

From check in to check our you have a excellent staff . Our room was very clean . The only down side is we were in a room very close to the highway . It is very loud and at times the window wiuld shake from the large trucks going by. You need to put in not sound proffing . We would stay again if We could get a room on the other side . Heather who checked us in was very professional and told us about the new brewery across the street and made sure to tell us to show are room key for a 15%...

Checked in a little wary, hotel is right off the highway in an industrial area reachable by a poorly paved access road, BUT the lobby was clean and updated, the front desk staff very friendly and helpful, allowed early check-in, offered us a choice of rooms, pointed out the 24 hour coffee bar, and were just great. This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views and great staff to accommodate any needs

Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city! The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations! I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!!
