“Came in quite late at night and took a while for staff to respond so I can check in. Didn’t like the response of the staff after responding. Had to call multiple times before I could check in.”

“The first room we got the windowsill framing was cracked all around and had plaster falling plus the door had to be hit really hard in order to open it. Once we let the front desk know they switched our room quickly and apologized. It was a good experience there.”

“Filthy. Unbelievably filthy. And, the second, security latch was unscrewed and missing from the door. The sheets were dirty, ill fitting (slipped off because they were not made for a thick mattress) and the mattress was falling apart.”

“The guys working the front desk was rude from the time we got there sat until we left today there was ants real bad in our room the remote was under the bed just wouldn’t recommend this place and I will not be staying there again”
