“A real dump!”

“We arrived with needing three beds and they gave us one king and a hide a bed. They were not wiling to help. Our hair dryer did not work although they did get me an empty room with a working hair dryer to use until I could go buy my own. The bathtub was very short so we just took showers. They ran out of breakfast food.”

“The room was reasonably clean and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The decor was dated and worn. Not the worst hotel of our trip, but near the bottom.”

“Filthy. Unbelievably filthy. And, the second, security latch was unscrewed and missing from the door. The sheets were dirty, ill fitting (slipped off because they were not made for a thick mattress) and the mattress was falling apart.”

“Desk attendant (morning shift) was unacceptably rude. Towel rack and iron caddy falling off the wall. Chair was sticky with ground in filth. Breakfast bar was disgusting. There was nothing "quality" about this Quality Inn.”
