“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Condo is in a very nice neighborhood with hardly any traffic. Pool & beach are a huge plus and well maintained. Building is older but has been kept up very well by the owner's association.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were 2 couples and had plenty of room. Beach area was quiet and peaceful. Lots of extras like beach chairs and towels were not expected. Drove to bahia honda and sombrero beach. Drove to key west which was way too busy. Tons of really great restaurants. ”

“An excellent rental in an amazing location. More than enough space for our family of six. And the two decks overlooking the water with prefect sunset views would be tough to beat. Away from the crowds of bigger islands/towns, but close enough to towns for restaurants, grocery stores, and fun tours/excursions.”

“It was the perfect size for 3 adults with separate bedrooms. There were a few broken things like the disposal and a barstool. They said they’d fix them after we left. The marina property was very nice, walking distance to a great restaurant. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Parking was easy. I’d stay there again. ”

“The dock and being on the saltwater canal made this residence next level for us. We bought some cheap poles (30 & 35) at the bait shop, renting was 20 pp per day and fished day and night, my son is 9 and this is his passion. We met friends at the cabana and got to meet up with them to hang out in the evenings. A friend of mine said Marathon key was the best if you have children and I completely agree. We will definitely be back ”

“My wife and I stayed here for a vacation in April as our first time visiting the Keys. The condo was clean and as described upon entering. Check in was easy, property is very close to the beach and located on a quiet street. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The pool was great for hanging out on property for the day and the balcony was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee or just sit outside any time of the day. We would return ”
