“Dallas the owner of the site was awesome, he was always available to talk. My wife had her ear drum burst while scuba diving and he was able to give us great information from when he was a pro diver. I planned to rent a boat from his fleet but was unable to due to my wife's issue. That being said they are great looking boats and they are available at a very fair price. When we go back to the keys, we will be staying here again.”

“Grassy Flats is an amazingly beautiful property. From one end to the other it's like a little slice of paradise for sure. We stayed in the wreckers building. The room was fantastic, clean and very comfortable. The pool was warm and hot tub was delightful. Restraunts were closed when we were there so we ate at the market. Fish tacos were pretty basic. Overall an excellent stay.”

“A great way to experience the Park! Getting in and out was an adventure all its own. Saw crocs, manatees, and lots of birds. Well thought out design using old shipping containers. Take the boat rides out into the area around the lodge… very interesting!”

“The rooms were spacious, clean and updated. We had the King Superior Ocean View, and it was provisioned with a small fridge and microwave which were handy. The resort featured a nice manmade "Beach Area" with lounge and Adirondack chairs. The beach area had three palapas for shade. The resort did not feel crowded and there was always plenty of chairs. The lounge chairs did not have cushions, and these would have been nice, that would be my only recommendation for the resort to add. The Hotel……

“I booked a superior 1bedroom patio ocean view room. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean! All dishes and cookware and appliances you need are included. The resort was great! We had a perfect view of the ocean! There are kayaks, canoes, volleyball and playgrounds for the kids and picnic tables and grills right outside your door. Hotel staff were wonderful! The front desk is only open during the day but our keys were in an envelope on the front door. Of all the oceanfront hotels I’ve……
