“Loved the historical aspect of this property and the quiet location - off the beaten path of Old Town Key West but still easy to access. However, for the price, this hotel needs to step up their service levels. Daily housekeeping of our room was very slow and on the last day never happened. For a $60 a day resort fee plus tax I expect my room to be serviced daily before 5:00pm. Also, property advertised a family and adult only pool but the family pool was closed our entire 4 day stay.
