Room was excellent. Overall the hotel was as described and a pleasure to stay at. Breakfast was included and was really tasty. Hot and fresh.

Great room, beautiful breakfast. Check in was a bit hectic as there were 2 people complaining about things that hadn’t been rectified before the rush at 4pm. Felt like our check in was rushed and not much info was given (eg use key card in lift, breakfast times, how to reserve a breakfast time etc). Shampoo, shower gel and handwash really good stuff, could’ve done with a conditioner but no big deal. Hairdryer was great! Overall fantastic stay, just knocked a star off due to check in.

Overall everything was lovely clean. There was a lose laminate strip in the kitchen area when stood on it idid the splits

3 night stay in January 2026, Great location just off Deansgate at the shopping end. Nice decor, modern and funky. Staff very friendly. Easy check in. Room was very clean and serviced each day... tea coffee etc in room. Cocktail bar was relaxed and pleasant place at the end of the day. Breakfast choice was very good. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks Treehouse Team!

bedroom tv was out of date so none of the apps worked. the tvs weren't tuned properly so most channels were missing. the internet seemed to be faulty so was connected via a different apartment. the connection was flaky, dropped out constantly. the kitchen amenities were basic, no cooking utensils. no soft lighting in living area only bright harsh kitchen lighting...had to use a lamp from bedroom, though no side table to put it on. windows are floor to ceiling and only roller blinds so you're either in blackout or a goldfish bowl . the window sills are metal, the building has no overhang, and windows are staggered so when it rained raindrops sounded like ball bearings hitting a steel tray, the sound seemed to amplify through the window frame by the bed, kept us awake half the night. batteries both tv remotes were dead, manager brought 2 other remotes, the batteries lasted five minutes and also died, had to buy our own. the listing for the flat suggested there was parking available, failed to mention the only parking was via another private company at £17 a night. flat itself is fine just needs a few basics fixing.
