"Overall great, the staff was excellent! The pool lounger need cushions. It made it difficult to relax by the pool on the hard loungers. The staff overall need to relax, the hotel was pretty empty and they kept track of everything like towels by the pool. The safe died while staying which means my valuables was open when i thought it was locked. They need to check to ensure the safe is charged. Other than that it was a good stay and great location. Breakfast was awesome!"

"No hubo limpieza del cuarto, no se cambiaron las toallas todos los días y tampoco dejaron papel para el baño. Pedimos las toallas pero no se llevaron las toallas sucias. La propiedad está bien, solo la limpieza y lo del baño no me gustó que no lo ofrecieron."

"Our family had a great time at the Paradisus last week. We stayed 7 days. This is a very nice hotel with lots to do. We stayed on the Esmeralda side which is for families. Kids had a great time with the Aquazone areas. Food was amazing. Buffets were always stacked with food and the restaurants were top-notch service. The staff were great and always greeted you. Entertainment was also good. Each night around 8pm has a different theme in the theatre. These folks work hard to put on a show. Great...
