"The night when we are right the reception is that check our reservation she was very unprofessional it was raining we have a car and we asked for parking and she told us that they have parking but since the room was for one person we cannot park in there property I was trying to explain her that the reservation was made for two persons but she just ignore us the property is nice but they need to train their stuff better because she doesn't with customer service I read her zero I'm very disappointed.."

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was always greeting at the lobby. Didn’t use the laundry or went to the rooftop bar. I like the concept of an a small apartment that will keep you covered but I don’t like they don’t provide housekeeping service unless you request it (for an additional price) or until you check out. "No mini-bar/fridge in room; no hair dryer. Coffee service in room daily stocked, a plus, as well as bottled water provided daily. Piece of chocolate on top of a positive card left daily on bed; appreciated. TV screen took a while to understand how to make it work, in addition volume +/- had to be done manually. Food was wonderful. Room service accurate and quick. Excellent staff all around. Definitely worth the stay. "
