"Always great! Great staff. Except on my latest arrival, the gentleman who was to be watching the door and watch for folks arriving was watching tv and was distracted. I had to walk my elderly mother to the stairs and then go back to grab my bags and take them to the stairs. That is the one and only time I was disappointed, and I’ve stayed here several times. "

"The location is GREAT! It is very central, but also on a quieter street so it is the best of both worlds. The staff were all very helpful and it was easy to store luggage there if you have a late flight. Everything is fairly new so it was very clean and comfortable. I have travelled a lot and this property hit a lot of high notes. Nothing was of concern. I would definitely stay there again. "
