“Loved the aesthetics of the hotel. Good location. Very clean. The staff is very polite and super helpful. They tried so hard to fulfill our needs. I liked that it was two beds. The rooftop restaurant was good. I wish they had a gym though. The pool thing in the middle was a little weird. It had leaves in it. Nice size bathroom. They need a mirror in the room not the bathroom. It’s too dark in there. I would definitely stay there again”

“Had an absolutely incredible five day stay at ONTO Tonalá Mexico City. Check in process was quick and easy, the room was gorgeous, spacious and always clean. They had complimentary pastries for breakfast and the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The location is perfect too because we could walk to pretty much anywhere within 10-15 minutes. This is a great option if you’re staying in Roma Norte.”
