A beautiful room with a nice comfortable bed and a spacious, well-appointed bathroom. We enjoyed our stay. The areas where I have given less stars were because there was no one at reception when we arrived and I had to go and find someone to check in, and because I was concerned about the condition of the windows - there is mould around the frames and on the upper windows and they need a good clean. Our room was on the south side so I understand why this is an issue, but it just needs a bit more care.

From the get-go this stay set high standards. Friendly, efficient staff. Beautiful decor, that was aesthetically pleasing yet welcoming and warm. The breakfast was a big tick. Plenty of continental options beautifully presented & readily replenished by staff.
