Madison Buffalo Jump State Park Tours

I did not get to experience the room I paid for, as it was adjusted for “maintenance” weeks prior to my trip. Staff never responded to my messages. They offered me a 50% refund through Expedia? Either way… this was my first time staying here, it was only one night, but I paid for a King room and got two queens…. For the last night of my honeymoon. LOL Staff was helpful I guess and the hotel was pretty clean.

Bugs, for 5 days. 2 per day so not huge. No insulation around door...easy fix. Room was comfortable and nice touches.

We had a wonderful stay in Montana, and the staff truly went above and beyond for us. We unexpectedly needed to extend our stay by an extra night, and the team was incredibly accommodating and made the process easy and stress-free. We were also traveling with an EV and ran into an issue with charging, and the staff immediately stepped in to help us find a workable solution. What stood out most was how responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful everyone was. Instead of making either situation feel like a problem, they simply worked to find a solution and made sure we were taken care of. That level of service makes such a difference when you’re traveling. We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.
