"2nd floor room faces another brick wall about 8’ away. No light from the sun enters the room. I felt like I was in a bunker. Housekeeping didn’t come on the day we requested by taking off the RESTING sign but bothered us numerous times the next day asking if we needed towels or if we were leaving. We couldn’t have them come that day because we were in and out a lot. Overall it’s a fine hotel. We just got the crappy room. Hot tub outside was great. Lots of families for soccer, lots of business folks for conventions and a busy place. Happy hour is very generous."

"There was no damn hot water in our room so we had to walk to the other building just to shower and then the next day when we wanted to shower the staff was all rude about it "

"The lobby area and hallways does not have a pleasant smell. Bed pillows are very small and square. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The elevator was out of order. The room was clean and smelled good."
