“Front desk staff was a bit off putting. The room was very clean and beautiful. Property is kind of confusing to get to via GPS.. ”

“We thought it was easy to check in and check out. They had a nice big area for gathering. Staff was very nice.”

“There was no counter space in the bathroom to sit things on and the sink was leaning so if you put anything there it would slide into the sink. There was 1 mirror in the entire room. And there was a hair in the bathtub.”

“Property needs so much maintenance, stairs look like they about to fall, the room smelled so bad even though I got a non smoking. Parking was okay ”

“The room was very dusty, stains on the curtains and grime on the walls and caked on nastiness on the light switches. There was not a comforter on the bed, just thin worn out blanket between 2 sheets. When i asked for a comforter or thicker blanket the lady at the front desk said the 2 sheets and blanket equals the thickness of a comforter. She refused to give me another blanket. ”

“No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced. I am in Wichita monthly and wouldn't stay here again simply for the lack of……

“Great shuttle to airport!”

“The staff was friendly, and helped with the items we needed in our room. The thing that you put your luggage on was missing a leg, and they sent another one up to our room with some additional towels and a sheet for the pull out couch.”

“Air conditioning worked fine. ”

“These rooms are huge! Plenty of space to spread out, sofas, chairs etc... I like the courtyard with the natural light as well.”

“Couldn't even check in appears they don't take chime cards but didn't bother to say anything when I called to confirm my reservation and to pay over the phone said they don't take payments over the phone and don't accept cash either very other extended stay I have ever stayed at accepted chime cards or cash”
