Greed defines them, I booked the hotel and they confirmed and send instructions for check-in etc. They clearly got a better offer for the day (31 Oct) and guess what decided to not honour my booking and blaming hotels.com that they overbooked while the availability was still visible with a higher price for the night. Avoid, if you don't want to get stuck under their greed, and who knows what else they can compromise for the money.

Staff was excellent and meals were good too.

Absolutely stunning. It is a little far from the main attractions about a 30 minute car ride but I enjoyed the resort. The staff is overly friendly and helpful in a great way. Thank you for a great visit
