The State of California has established new, stringent cleaning standards requiring all kitchen and soft fabric items throughout every property to be either removed or fully cleaned on every check-out, whether they appear to have been used or not. Because most of our properties are family-owned vacation homes, they are typically well stocked with housewares of all kinds. The costs to actually clean every kitchen and soft fabric item in every unit would be prohibitively expensive to everyone (guests and property owners alike). In order to comply with State guidelines, we will be forced to remove and store all but the most essential items.
ALL BEDS WILL BE MADE WITH SHEETS/PILLOWS (in cases) ONLY. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS!
Below is a list of what you can now expect to find stocked in your property, as well as suggested items you may want to bring from home. These restrictions must remain in place until the State of California modifies their guidance:
Items we are providing:
Plates, bowls, cups, mugs, knives, forks, spoons (Equal to Unit Max Occupancy)
Two Frying Pans
Two Medium Saucepans
Cooking Utensil Set (spatula, ladle, tongs)
Broom, sponge mop and dustpan
Pillows, pillows cases for Max Occupancy
Flat sheets and fitted sheets on all beds
Max. Occupancy # of bath towels
Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion.
Suggested Items to bring (we are not able to provide):
Blankets (top comforters/blankets for each bed)
Additional Pots and Pans
Measuring Cups and Spoons
We are following the State and County Guidelines for Covid Cleaning Procedures to a tee. For the most current cleaning guidelines please visit the following websites:

Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-33-20, and associated guidance of the California Public Health Officer, continue to apply statewide. These advise Californians to “avoid traveling long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Do not travel if you are sick, or if someone in your household has had coronavirus in the last two weeks. Do not travel with someone who is sick.”
