“Everything was good. It's warm in the lobby and the reception is nice; Hotel is near the bus stop, convenience store (5mins) and restaurant (10mins); The room is neat and tidy and room size is big; Onsen area is quiet. Breakfast is also included. The hotel should add a washing machine and microwave.”

“The property is a little bit away from the train station and up the hill, but shuttle is provided between 1 and 5 pm every day for pickup. We arrived later, and decided to walk despite being given the option to have them pick us up by request. Checkin was simple and straightforward, we were given instructions on paper and in English. The hotel is a little older, but meticulously maintained cleanliness made up for it. We stayed only one night, and were pleasantly surprised that “half-board”……

It is very close to the Segokuhara pampas grass field, a good hiking place. Overall, highly recommended. ”
