“櫃檯服務人員很用心、貼心，會幫忙從飯店入口就搬行李到進房間解說、離開飯店時也會幫忙；另外也都可用英文來溝通。房間佈置蠻舒適、溫控也很合適，可惜馬桶蓋下有黃漬沒清洗乾淨，這點如果被別人看到應該是大扣分。晚餐、中餐份量都很適中，也都能吃到主廚精心製作的當地特產料理，餐廳內也都各自是獨立區隔的小包廂。地點附近有間超商、一間Lawson，走路可到松江遊步道，也可走到伊東車站。從房間落地窗就能看到海岸，地點非常不錯”
