"Pool was crazy; they definitely have people from outside coming in to use it even though there are signs but no one actually monitors it which is unfortunate for those who pay and abide by max occupancy room permits. Turned on the TV to see Netflix and Disney+ apps but the TV’s aren’t actually connected to WiFi (in 2026) - called the FD who confirmed this. Then, flipped to the cable guide and no luck there either so I called back down only to be told the entire 5th floor had no cable. It never came back on during our stay. I had four 11 year olds who planned on a movie night so that was pretty disappointing. I was told it was being worked on but having worked in a hotel for 15 years, I’m not sure that was actually the case. Seems poorly run. Which for a Hilton is sad for the brand. "
