“We booked a room at this hotel back in May for a 2 night stay over the 4th of July weekend. We arrived around 5PM and checked in. However, when we opened the door to our assigned room, we discovered that it was already occupied. After driving all the way from Dallas, this was extremely disappointing. We had planned to settle into our room and get comfy before heading to a family gathering. We returned to the front desk, she said she needs to contact her manager to assign us a different room. “The room was clean but the tv did work and there was no shampoo or body wash that's what it's very noisy , really didn't get much sleep”

“The room was clean, a/c was sufficient for the hot weather. Building was being remodel (inside). Room was on the third floor near the truck stop constant traffic all night. The staff was professional and courteous.”

“Didn’t have hot water, pool was dirty with sonic wrappers cups and paper plates leaves, had to clean the pool myself as a guest in order to swim, manager wasn’t communicating well I booked a late checkout online out was told later that the hotel didn’t do late checkout out until the day u had to check out therefore the manager was rude and was threatening to call the police on me because of a mistake on there end, breakfast was sparse wasn’t a lot of options was only able to eat egg and……
