Well we had old towels in the room and we had to fix the window to close but overall we just stayed the night. The soap dispenser was out as well

Yes clean room etc My only "complaint"is that there was no hot breakfast. Best western has that and curiously cost $1.00 more than a Hilton brand. whaaat?
