“The room was in fair condition. It definitively could use basic upgrades. The light above the bathroom sink was not working properly. Very dim and maintenance was not able to fix because the part was not available. There were no batteries in remote and that’s never happened to us before. The staff member who checked us was not as welcoming and pleasant as she has been on many of our previous visits. We were disappointed by this as most people in our hometown are usually pleasant. 😔 The facility……

“Hotel was under renovation. My room had water damage in the ceiling. Refrigerator was old and freezer looked molded. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't return.”
