“Nicole at the front desk recommended a nice restaurant and helped print some important pick up slips for me . Hot tub was not hot ? Pool was really warm”

“Didn’t have hot water, pool was dirty with sonic wrappers cups and paper plates leaves, had to clean the pool myself as a guest in order to swim, manager wasn’t communicating well I booked a late checkout online out was told later that the hotel didn’t do late checkout out until the day u had to check out therefore the manager was rude and was threatening to call the police on me because of a mistake on there end, breakfast was sparse wasn’t a lot of options was only able to eat egg and……
