The hotel was in pretty good condition, very nice and clean. The only thing I would note is the shower water pressure is quite light, and it does take a good few minutes to become hot. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the hotel, and the quality was great for the cost. I would definitely say it's a solid choice if you come to Cusco and want to be in the historic centre area. The hotel also has a great location, being very close to a number of different shops, cafes, and restaurants. We tried new places to eat every night, and they were all amazing. Additionally, there were a couple laundry shops within 5 minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient for us. One thing I would note though, is the hotel is on an uphill from the majority of the shops and main areas of the historic centre, so walking back to the hotel might be a bit tiring/challenging, especially if you're experiencing altitude sickness. The hotel does offer complementary coca tea though, so that was nice to have throughout our stay o try and alleviate symptoms.

Room was very spacious and came with a small private patio that was lovely. Staff was very sweet. Only down side is that heater only works from 6pm-6am and shower has no door so it can get a bit chilly. Also the wifi doesn’t really work. But honestly such a cute little boutique hotel. I would recommend!

Very clean and in a very good area near everything.

Cute place in a great location. Has a couple of issues. Internet and television didn’t work at all during the duration of our stay despite advising the Management. Made things difficult for staying in touch with my business. For some reason hot water was also hit or miss. A More than one cold shower was had. Breakfast was barely edible especially when one considers the price point. That all being said; the staff was fun and the place is charming. The sum is stil better than its parts.
