“Not clean. The pillows were like a bunch of rags in a pillowcase, I had some type of bug bites on me all over my arms and face. I called the property to ask if there were bedbugs, they said "nobody has said anything" and when I asked for a follow up call he said "sure" and hung up the phone. Very noisy from the floor above me. I called down to the front desk and they must have said something because it did quiet down at least. But one week later I'm still dealing with itchy”

“We enjoyed our stay! Delicious food, drinks and a clean comfortable room with a view of the track. Staff helpful with betting as it was my first time.”

“The room was adequate. Cleaning could have been done better. I.e if you pulled back a dresser or looked at the vents, you could see that it hadn’t been properly cleaned for some time. The pool had sand in the bottom of it, a light fixture that was in disrepair, and bugs in the water - likely from the windows that had been left open.”

“Have to push the doors closed fairly hard. Only available room in the town however so better than sleeping in the car. Cereal and coffee were alright and their was an ashtray outside so didn't have to litter. TV broke and soap/lotion dispenser broken. Constant on and off ac with a loud bang and then silence and then another bang for ac back on. Amerivue is fairly run down as well but family owned and a pool”
