"I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was quite a disappointing experience. First and foremost, the bed sheets, including the pillows, were synthetic and lacked any cotton comfort. It made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the beds and the bathroom were in dire need of an upgrade. "Staff welcomed us well but when they noticed that I made this reservation thru Expedia, they told me that "you made the reservation for the worst room" I couldn't understand at all how can it be possible. Room was not like pictures. Cleanliness was not good at all. I'm totally sure that you can find better places in the city centre with same or a little higher with this amount. Room equipments were missing. They re not providing towels. I guess Expedia should check this hotel "
