"We loved the Union. It wasn't our first time there and it never disappoints. We had the largest room on the 3rd floor with a 180 degree view and amazing original furniture from the early 1900s. The only small complaint is that the king sized bed could use a new mattress. We didn't sleep well because it was pretty bad, but don't let this discourage you from staying there. Maybe they will read this and put a new mattress on the bed. :)"

"Our first stay here was amazing however this second trip was not. The room was completely different from the room I booked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned yet. There were no towels in our bathroom, stains and hair in the bathtub and only 1 roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 staying for 3 days. The sheets were stained and smelled like a dog had just been there and there were actual roaches crawling out of the dresser and all around the microwave. The breakfast was good but that’s about the only good thing that came from this trip."

"I stayed for 2 weeks the phone didn't work , housekeeping had to be told to change sheets ,only cleaned bathroom 1x, no dog waste station dog feces all over area, had a tweaker try to come in my room banging on window and open door ....and only got 35 of 100$ deposit back ....would never stay there or recommend staying there"

"The facility was very clean and well maintained. I arrived on Thursday afternoon and on Friday morning had two cups of coffee and used the two pouches of dry creamer. I learned the if you didn't put the clean room sign out the only service was clean towels. I stayed from Thursday till Monday and not once did get the coffee replaced. I had to walk across the street to Jack in the box to get coffee. The staff should know older have to have their coffee in the morning and don't want to get dressed to go out for coffee. They didn't empty the trash can the entire time was there also. Like I said I didn't put the clean room sign so the bed had not been made all the time was there. That's enough. Would I go back and stay there sure however I have learned the tricks of the trade so to say."
