The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. “We were traveling for work and rented a room for an extended stay. The property is clean, the housekeeping staff are wonderful, polite, and ready to help at any time. Generally an older building but they are renovating. Staff was very willing to accommodate moving my room from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor right away. The issue we DID have is when trying to renew the extended stay for the same amount of days, the rates were much higher and we were told that we would be able to pay the same……

“Staff and place really are excellent only issue we had last 2 nights we were there the person above us was extremely loud kept us up all night sounded like they were coming through the ceiling and there was a man that was a extended stay he smelled so bad we couldn't eat breakfast in the dining area people were gaging it was just terrible”
