Property is minimally clean. Very gloomy vibe to say the least. Lighting is not as bright as it’s shown in photos. Staff were very polite but semi helpful. Can definitely use a variety of more toiletries & a few modern touches.

The home fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of room for all of us and great common spaces. Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We sincerely appreciated having the steps and walkway shoveled within an hour of check out, which was extremely considerate of our host!

Matteson seemed a little run down. When asked where I was staying, the locals advised not staying in Matteson. I did not have any issues personally. Went out to dinner at night and didn't see anything that would concern me.
