“I booked a stay there on the 23rd and still have never gotten my money back for my deposit”

“the location is close to alot of establishments. hotel was a little rundown from the hallway carpet, elevator and hotel rooms. when we arrived in our room, there were 4 of us with only 1 set of towel so i had to go down and get 3 more sets. there was no bath mat on the stand up shower so i had to ask for that as well. the breakfast had limited choices! they said it was a buffet breakfast which is far from what it is. the front desk staff the morning of Tuesday 9.15.26 was NOT FRIENDLY when i……

“This hotel is still being renovated. Nothing is done in the room. There was nowhere to hang any of your stuff because the closet wasnt finished. When arriving, u have to go into a different door. The hotel smelled like paint and mud from them doing renovations.”

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. “arrived in room that had two towels. asked for more but was told to come back at "maybe" 6pm went into workout room which is a bike a climber and a treadmill tv wouldn't turn on. asked for help. they gave me a new remote (?). tv turned on but only with volume. asked for help again and was told they would call maintenance no one came. we were told they had a hot breakfast. breakfast was cereal toast muffins nothing hot except a waffle maker. sad for what we paid.”
