There is no air conditioning. We were on the top floor. Did not like the check in process, seeing how most people arrive to Hawaii on later afternoon flights and so the office was closed. The area its located in is busy and noisy. No beach access and pool is tiny.

Beautiful ocean front condo. In the beach, not across a busy street. Our 1 bedroom had two baths, a full kitchen and two balconies with 180 degree views of the ocean, Molokai and Lanai. Pool and spa were very nice when coming in from the ocean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of whales and turtles. On our first morning a turtle came up onto the beach in front of the condo.

The property is beautiful with easy access to the beach. The room is very nice but our room had an adjoining door which was quite thin we could hear the people talking very clearly next-door early in the morning. I gave the property condition an average rating because the sewer backed up and we had to change rooms. We were located on the bottom floor so it’s possible with all the water flowing from the top on down something happened because it was farther down the pipe and they couldn’t get it fixed immediately. It could’ve probably been a lower rating butManagement did their best to accommodate to make things right and gave us a discount with the parking fee. The room they moved us to with a The room they moved us two with an upper floor was very nice although not an upgrade. We had one more day left but really did enjoy the resort and the friendliness of the staff. Keep in mind when you reserve to Expedia you will have resort fees and parking fees to pay upon arrival. Despite this inconvenience, the activities that are offered are right on the property on the beach such as whale watching, sailing, and surf board lessons which makes it very convenient to do. Because of the location and the package deal I honestly would come back to the Outrigger again but would not request a bottom floor although it was very convenient.

Loved everything, especially for the price!

Really enjoyed my time here! Would very likely book again at this same hotel. The beach access is amazing and the water is so pretty and swimmable. I stayed in a bungalow and it was really comfortable. The balcony was really nice to relax in too. Only reason for no 5/5 is because it is so expensive for drinks and food. I’m sure it’s like this at every resort but $16 for a 12oz “cocktail” is wild. But one trip to the ABC store solved that problem lol.
