“We had a great stay at this condo. It’s in a perfect location to enjoy Greenville. The city blocked off the next block both nights we were there for live music. The condo is close enough to walk for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. It felt very safe. The location is on a pretty busy road and as stated in the listing, it can be quite noisy. But the hosts have done everything to keep the noise at bay with a door to the hall, ear plugs and a white noise machine. We didn’t have any……

“I've stayed at hundreds of rental properties over my years a travel, and this loft was one of the more unique setups. We loved it, and it was perfect for our two-family group. The kids loved the multiple floors and ability to find a nook to separate themselves from the rest of the family. The location is perfect to enjoy Downtown Greenville to its fullest, and communication throughout the stat was great. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio that we used to welcome in the New Year and get a bird's……

“I highly recommend this property. It was very clean/updated. Walking distance to local stores, coffee shops and restaurants. You can watch Fluor Field baseball from the balcony (which was great). Quiet and safe property location, with private parking The host was very accommodating with excellent communication. I will definitely book this location again!!”

It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville.”

“This property was great for what we needed. It’s quite a bit a ways from downtown Greenville but otherwise is an okay part of town. The house was nice and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. However, there could be a few things that could be added such as an iron, blow dryer, etc. Also, the dishwasher was not working so a drying rack would have been great.”
