“They contacted me at 3 to tell me I could check in. The place was supposed to be ready by then but there was no updated notice until the last minute. The unit was dusty or grimy throughout. Needs a good scrubbing. There was one window which did not open. And it was next to impossible to get the blackout shade to open. Not that you would want to open it because it looked out onto a frightening alley. This should be represented in the description. The AC did not work. When I contacted Peter about……

“Host was great, communicated well throughout. Property was very clean, spacious andexceptionally comfortable. We could walk to restaurants. We attended Rose Bowl parade and it turned out to be very convenient for that event. It's also close to Huntington gardens and museums. We landed in a good place in this condo! ”

“Loved the location for our universal studios stay! Close enough that we could take our ebikes even. The host was great, we had to call him to check in because they had recently replaced the thing where you dial in, but he was very prompt and helpful! The parking when we got there was a little tough, there's just street parking, but we were able to move closer in the morning.”

“This was a spacious apartment- great for 4 of us visiting the area for a family event. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the door and was easily reached if we needed anything. It's a very short drive to the downtown area (promenade and beach). The neighborhood in the block above the apartment (which is a half block from Wilshire) is very nice for walking. The kitchen had the necessities, although we didn't do much cooking. It was perfect for our long weekend.”

“Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. ”
