“Very cute had everything you needed for long term stay (laundry detergent, pots, pans, toiletries, etc). I liked that there was covered parking and AC. It was on the first floor so there were bugs (can of insect spray quickly fixed the problem) and you could hear upstairs neighbors walking. “Needed last minute accommodations and this was available. Was exactly what I needed - comfortable and clean. Wish there was more light for the shower area. While pet friendly place - the property had a little relief area and a hose which helped to wash my pets paws, the neighborhood is not convenient for walking my small dog - narrow sidewalks and overgrown weedy areas and doesn't seem proper pick up after their dogs in the neighborhood. ”

“I loved everything about Nonette’s ADU. It was the perfect size to relax and catch up with my three boys. They loved the place so much, they barely wanted to leave to explore L.A. The proximity to entertainment and site seeing was perfect as well. I give it a 10 out of 10 for my entire rental experience. ”

"En general muy bien, el hotel tiene sus años pero se mantiene en excelentes condiciones y el personal es muy amable y servicial. Lo único por lo cual les doy 4 estrellas y no 5 es porque te cobran el estacionamiento a parte y muy caro, 57 dllrs total por noche (ya con tax)"

"Great location on downtown LA, beautiful hotel, has gym, pool and bar and restaurant, do not recomment breakfast if you have to pay cause it's expensive and not worth it but service is really good. People its kind and warm, self parking available 50 dlls per day you have to be aware of weekends it's full if there's event, only thing on our room was a bathroom leak but for the rest was really nice hotel to stay. Walking distance for disney concert hall, finance district and good options for breakfast and coffes nearby."
