Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. Their beautiful smiles, they remember everyone’s names and ensure every part of your stay is catered for. Remember there are no shops near by other than the village shop which holds minimal items, so pack the extra nibbles and treats. The bistro at the resort ran out whilst we were there. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy.
