Staff was great, location was great. Only bummer was no breakfast or hot tub, but that was advertised so no harm no foul. Best part is FREE PARKING, which seems to be harder to find.

Took over an hour to get checked in!! If your staying for a concert at CHI, ask to check in early. Wish I could post the picture of 100 people in front of me to check in.
