“The hotel's promotional photos greatly lowered the hotel's grade, because I think the actual environment of the hotel is much better than in the photos, completely beyond my imagination, the room is very clean and tidy and the scenery is extremely beautiful, the only drawback is that there is no ham sausage for breakfast”

“I would choose zero if I could. The room was absolutely horrible. The smell was like an old juntique store that's been closed up for months with no air circulation. The carpet is original from maybe the 70s and was bulging up and dirty as all heck. My daughter has allergies and was a mess after two nights of sleeping there. There is no A/C but an old dirty dusty small fan in the closet. I was told no one has AC because it doesn't get cold enough We opened the window and you could smell the……

“As all of Mendocino's Inns are old houses, so were the 3 "Inns of Mendocino." We had a cottage suite in the back of the Packard house. It was walkable to restaurants, shops and the Headlands trail. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning in a picnic basket. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't have breakfast the second morning as it comes late between 8:30 & 9 am. A nice charcuterie and wine hour is in the main house but only for an hour and we missed it. Fresh warm cookies are there……

Bathroom decor, my sisters room was more complete, nice to see what is coming.outside room seating, very nice Liked that parking was assigned Pickle ball perhaps needs its own parking area, sign ups not blocking the driveway.”
