The hotel is centrally located, close to good restaurants, a nice walk to the beach and a great drive through coffee shop. We lucked out with an end room that was spacious and clean. The only issue was spotty internet connections at times, not a show stopper since we were spending our enjoying the area!

The room was clean and smelled great. The hotel was outdated but the price was perfect for 2 rooms at 180.00 with taxes and fees. The staff was sweet and helpful! If you can help it, stay UPSTAIRS or you’ll hear everyone walking above you. Seems to be a popular stay for construction workers and they like to talk outside at their truck and smoke weed and cigarettes! So you will also smell that which is not the hotels fault! All in all we had a comfortable stay and will stay there again. We don’t recommend the mini golf! I wasn’t sure if the man was yelling at us or was frustrated with something else!

The location is wonderful; walking distance to Noyo harbor, Dave’s restaurant (great breakfast), and beach if wanting a stroll. The golf/arcade area is completely separate from hotel. On line it appears as all in one and looks a bit chaotic and what would be noisy… not the case at all. We were in room 215; close to stairs, quiet and specious. The morning fare was all prepackaged; banana muffin, yogurt, orange juice and nutragrain bar and coffee. Suggestion to hotel: grab some lovely items from local bakery and serve each morning; such a game-changer for guests. We will stay here again.

I will be honest, I was worried about pet dander as I am allergic to some. There was no sign,scent or smell of animals. Very easy breezy check in and kind staff. Ample parking available and a nice mini golf in walking distance. For a place that is older it is well kept and very clean. We look forward to our next stay in the near future.

The gentleman who checked us in and out was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He helped us with 2 beach locations that were both lovely and fun, and several restaurant choices, two of which we used and greatly enjoyed. This location is not north of the bridge where a lot of activities and downtown is, but it's so close. 2-3 min by car. It really was remarkably clean inside and out which I appreciate. I woulld stay there again.
