"Well keep property. Good pool. Lots of beds and no sunbed hoggers. Proper cocktails and good drinks, all served in proper glasses as opposed to plastic. The AI option allows you to order from the menu as opposed to buffet (at the pool bar/dining terrace. Table service at pool and at the evening entertainment. Evening buffet was great! Also.got lste checkout for 30 euro and they said that we have the room for as long as required on check out day. Excellent hotel, service and facilities. "

"Great location with excellent clean rooms with nice decks and views. Gym was OK....and tough to park a car there on the street....limited parking...but otherwise a great hotel. LEVEL package was great with good breakfast everyday included and a nice infinity pool with no kids so great for couples. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing few days of vacation! "

"This is such a lovely hotel - highly recommend. We just returned from our wonderful stay in Menorca and this hotel made our stay extra special! The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of vegetarian options. The pool area and outdoor areas are very clean and lovely to relax around. There’s also regular entertainment at night which is nice. Staff are all really friendly and attentive. Great location just a short stroll away from Cala Blanca and the beach next to the hotel is lovely. The buffet dinner is good but quite expensive if it’s not included, however we really loved dining at Picco, the food and service is excellent. The bar by the pool also serves lovely food and drinks at a good price. There is also a little supermarket opposite the hotel which is useful. If you’re looking to visit Cituadella, the front desk can order a taxi for you and it only costs around $6."
