“Overall, a nice place to stay directly in old town Soller, but it fell short of my expectations from the glowing reviews. It's advertised as a 5-star hotel, but that was not our experience at all. I will start with our room, which was located in the annex. The room paralleled a college dorm with Ikea-quality furniture, white walls that were all scuffed up, closet and mini-fridge doors that needed to be lifted up first in order to be closed/moved, issues with Wi-Fi connection, and a rock hard……

“Acceuil chaleureux.personnel parle espagnol, anglais français. Pas d'articles de toilette dans la chambre comme c'était prévu. Lavabo à côté du lit( pas pratique )douche dans la chambre , donc pas de vrai salle de bain. Nous avons demandé un lit double,on nous a attribué 2 lits simples.De la poussière sous le lit et serviettes avec traces noires .les miettes de biscuit sur la table ,n'étaient pas nettoyées le lendemain. Côté pratique ,bus numéro 25 en bas de l'hotel ,direct vers l'aquarium et……

“Had a lovely 4 night stay here, room was a decent size and bathroom nice and clean. Everywhere was clean and tidy and lots of areas to sit at and have a nice cold beer. Pool area was nice, have to move around as alot of it was shaded during the day but we went to the beach everyday which is only a 5 minute walk. Lots of little shops and restaurants nearby.”

“I would improve the changing room and baggage room in level 4 by giving it an ac, it is very hot to be in there while changing. Other than that I think everything was perfect”

“The room was very good with great sea views of Marina. Staff were very helpful . The main reception was average as seating quite tatty. We also ordered food at roof top bar, burgers which were absolutely terrible and inedible. Cheap meat and for 4 star hotel very disappointing.”
