“I rarely review especially if the experience was bad, but this, I believe, unsuspecting travellers should know: Went to check in early with a young child and was told (by the manager) to return at half two. On our return we were asked to wait about an hour or so by the lady on check-in and cafe duties after asking the manager. The poor lady who was taking cafe' orders, making coffee, serving customers as well as dealing with frontdesk duties, was courteous and kind but simply had too much……
