Would not recommend Be Live Experience.
The location right on the beach was very convenient. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The problems started the moment we arrived. We were told we had supposedly booked the “wrong” room and that unless we paid an additional fee, they would cancel our reservation that same day and leave us without accommodations. We were traveling internationally with an infant, so the way this was handled was incredibly stressful. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in hospitality.
The hotel itself was dirty and poorly maintained. The AC did not work properly, the floors and hallways were filthy, and the air vents were disgusting and covered in dark buildup. I’ve included photos because they speak for themselves.
Breakfast was also frustrating. They would start shutting everything down around 40 minutes before the advertised closing time and were rude to guests who were still trying to eat.
They also require a €10 deposit for beach towels PLUS €5 per towel, and the towels were incredibly thin and poor quality.
Mallorca was amazing, but this hotel was easily the worst part of our trip. Between the cleanliness, broken AC, extra charges, and terrible customer service, I would absolutely not stay here again—especially with children.
